1. Send request with a check or money order (made
payable to AKC) to:
- American Kennel Club
- 5580 Centerview Drive
- Raleigh NC 27606-3390
If paying with a credit card be sure to include:
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- Cardholder’s name
- Credit card number and type of card (Visa, American
Express or MasterCard)
- Expiration date
2. Call Customer Service at (919) 233-9767 and pay
with credit card
